Handing and Shipping?

We usually ship within 24 hours. It will be shipped out on the following Monday If your order comes in on Friday or weekends, Delivery normally takes about one week.We send packages from Chino, CA by USPS.

Is it discreet Packaging?

Yes, We will pack it by gray plastic bag. Nothing on packaging but address.

Do you require ID?

No. Do not require ID. We send by USPS, It`s just a normal package.

How do l become retailer?

Can l cancel or edit my order once it’s been placed?

Please email customer service for assistance, and please note that you have the option to cancel/edit your order before shipping or before your package is picked up from our store.

Why can’t my order be found?

If you do not know your online order number, please contact our customer service for assistance. It is best to provide the email or address you used when placing your order so that customer service can find your order as quickly as possible.

My order says it was delivered but wasn’t where is it?

Occasionally, packages are marked ‘delivered’ before they’re dropped off. In the meantime, please look around the surrounding area or contact your neighbors in case it was misdelivered. If it was not, please let us know so we may also escalate this with USPS.

When will l see the refund on my credit card?

Once your refund request has been applied, it will take 3 – 5 days to process the refund for the bank if your original payment method is credit card. If you do not receive your refund within this time frame, please kindly contact our customer service.
